classic.
Ingredients:

1 pound(s) ground beef

1 clove(s) crushed garlic
·
1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh ginger
·
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
·
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) hot sauce
·
1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh mint
·

Preparation:
1.
Combine ground beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce,
hot sauce and mint; form into 4 patties.
2.
Grill over medium-hot coals (or broil) for 10 to
12 minutes, turning once, until instant-read thermometer inserted in a burger
reads 160 degrees F. Serve on buns.
