"This hearty quiche is perfect to serve overnight

Ingredients:

1/2 pound ground beef
·
1/2 cup chopped onion
·
1/2 teaspoon salt
·
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
·
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
·
1/4 teaspoon pepper
·
3 eggs
·
1/2 cup milk
·
1/2 cup mayonnaise
·
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
·
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
·
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation:

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until
beef is browned and onion is tender; drain. Stir in salt, oregano, garlic
powder and pepper.

In a
bowl, beat eggs, milk and mayonnaise, stir into meat mixture. Fold in cheeses.
Pour into pastry shell.
3.
Bake,
uncovered, at 350 degrees F or until a knife inserted near the center comes out
clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
